General Pricing Policies
- All room rates are based on double occupancy per night and are determined by dates requested, room type, and subject to availability.
- Holiday periods are subject to a minimum night stay.
- Room rates are based on a per night basis and subject to state and local taxes. Room rates are subject to change without notice.
- Roll away beds and small refrigerators are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
- Please note that, unlike our competitors, we do not charge our registered guests additional fees such as resort fees or parking fees.

Reservation Policy: Reservations are highly recommended as Cape Cod is quite a popular destination, especially during the in-season, weekends and holidays periods. We take reservations online and over the phone. Our booking engine availability calendar is designed with convenience and ease for guests to check availability and rates. Once you have made your selection, click “Book Now” or give us a call (508-775-1639) if you have any questions. If you did not receive your confirmation, before calling the Hyannis Holiday Motel please check your e-mail’s spam or junk e-mail folders due to your anti-virus or anti-spam software. All request and inquiries will be responded to during our regular office hours 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in for verification. All guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 11 PM, you must make prior arrangements with us for a late arrival since our office closes at 11:00 PM.
- Deposit Policy: A valid credit card and a one night’s deposit plus tax is required for each room reserved and will be charged at the time of booking.
- Modifying Your Reservation: Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. Room rates vary depending on the day of the week, season and holiday periods.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel four (4) days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $15.00 per room cancelation fee. If you cancel your reservation within the four (4) days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.
Daily Room Rates: All room rates are based on double occupancy on a per night basis and are determined by the day of the week, season, holiday periods, room type, and are all subject to availability. Holiday periods may require a minimum night stay. All rooms are subject to state and local taxes. Rates may change without notice. Rollaway beds and small refrigerators are subject to availability and must be requested in advance with a minimal charge. Please note that Monday through Thursday stays usually offers the lowest rates depending on the seasonal periods.
Payment Methods: Your balance is due on arrival at check-in. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and U.S. currency or traveler’s cheques only. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted at check-in. We do accept personal checks for advance deposits only if we receive the checks fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
General Policy: Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. We operate in accordance with Chapter 140 of Massachusetts’ General Laws and have a zero-tolerance policy. We can refuse to admit, service, or accommodate for any person who acts in a disorderly or overly intoxicated manner, threatens or destroys motel property, threatens or causes a public disturbance, or is unable to pay. The hotel reserves the right to remove such individuals from the premises. Only registered guests are allowed to use the facilities and the motel may put restrictions on occupancy levels for rooms. Any person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to or within the motel is liable for damages and will be removed from the premises by the police.
Pool Regulations: Pools are open dependent on the season, weather; and scheduled hours of pool operations. A supervisor must be available while the pool is open during the times 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Note only one pool is open at a time. Guests must swim at their own risk and children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and young children are advised to stay in the shallow end. No guest may swim alone. Please be courteous to other guests in keeping a safe swimming environment and understand that running, jumping, diving, ball playing, or using rafts are not allowed in or around the pool.
Lost & Found Policy: Forget something you left behind in your room after check-out? Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize you left something in the room, we will check our lost and found box to see if that item is here and get back to you ASAP. Any items in our lost and found, which are not claimed within 60 days, are donated to a local charity or discarded.
Parking Policy: As a registered guest parking is FREE during your stay at Hyannis Holiday Motel. If you need to park your car before your arrival date or after your departure to visit the islands of Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard a per calendar day parking charge will be due. All payments must be made in full prior to parking your car. Parking rates subject to change depending on the day of the week, holiday periods throughout the year. Parking spaces are very limited and subject to availability, you must make prior arrangements with our front desk in order to reserve a parking space at the Hyannis Holiday Motel. You will park at your own risk, we do not assume liability for theft, loss or damage to your vehicle and its contents.
Pet Policy: Sorry, No Pets are allowed per our insurance company and to protect our other guest with allergies, fears of ticks/fleas and/or the threat of an aggressive animal. We only allow registered service animals which are always welcomed yet they are only allowed in our ground floor rooms.
Housekeeping Service: Our housekeeping staff will be cleaning guest rooms each day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and Checkout time is 11 a.m.
Office Hours: Our office closes at 11 p.m., please let us know if you will be arriving after 11 PM, you must make prior arrangements with us for a late arrival since our office closes at 11:00 PM. We do offer pre-registration on the day of your scheduled arrival, please pre-register at our front office in the morning and be sure to give us your cell phone number. Once we are notified from our housekeepers that your room is ready, we will call you on your cell phone to let you know that your room is ready, all you must do is stop by our front office to pick-up your room key.
Free Wi-Fi Access: Stay connected with our FREE Comcast Wi-Fi during your stay! The Wi-Fi connection may vary based on the room’s location or other wireless interference.
Warning: No Cooking Appliances, Combustibles or Open Flames Allowed on Property. We’re proud of and appreciate the hard work of our Hyannis Fire Department but ask for your assistance in making sure they don’t have to put out a fire here. Please do not bring any cooking appliances, candles, or devices with open flames onto the property or in your room for your safety and that of our other guests.
Room Damage Policy: In accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 140, Section 12, the hotel guest will be held responsible for any damages resulting from such action, this includes the cost of cleaning, repairing, replacing damage and any loss of room revenues while the room is out of service.
