Q - What Time Is Check-In and Check-Out?
A: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Guests must be 21 or older to make a reservation.

Q. What Is Our Cancellation Policy?
A: May - October: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax. Cancellation policies may vary by date and rate plan.
 
Q - Pet Policy
A: We apologize but the Hyannis Holiday Motel does not allow pets.

Q. Do We Offer High-Speed Internet Access?
A: We offer complimentary high speed internet throughout the entire hotel.

Q. Do We Offer ADA Guest Rooms?
A: Yes.  We offer ADA compliant guest rooms.  Please contact our Reservations Department. 
 
Q: Are There Coffee Makers, Microwaves, Refrigerator/Freezer In The Rooms?
A: No.

Q. How Many Floors Does The Hotel Have? Is There An Elevator?
A: The hotel has 2 floors and no elevators.
 
Q. Is There A Guest Laundry?
A: Yes, there is a Guest Laundry accessible for hotel guests. Please contact the front desk for current hours of operation.
 
Q. Is There A Fitness Center??
A: No.
 
Q. What Are The Hours Of The Pools?
A:Indoor Pool: April - June: 9am - 7pm
Outdoor Pool: July - September: 8am - 10pm
Please note: When the pools open in April, only one pool is open at any given time. We choose the one that is best given the current weather conditions. Hours of operation are subject to change.
