Reservations are highly recommended as Cape Cod is quite a popular destination, especially in the summer. We take reservations both online and over the phone and require a valid credit card to charge one night’s deposit for each room reserved. This credit card will be requested upon check-in for verification and guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Your online reservation or phone reservation is complete when you receive a confirmation number.
During the holidays or high season, there may be a minimum night stay requirement. Golf packages have a deposit of $100 and include an eight day cancellation policy.
For golf package guests, we offer an eight (8) day cancellation policy for a full refund. Deposits are non-refundable if canceling within eight days of your reservation. Cancellations must be made over the phone from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Missed tee times are non-refundable and rain checks are issued at the discretion of the golf course management.
Your balance is due on arrival at check-in. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and U.S. currency or travelers cheques only. Unfortunately we cannot accept personal checks.
Guests of Hyannis Holiday Motel are to be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation and a photo ID is required at check-in. We operate in accordance with Chapter 140 of Massachusetts’ General Laws and have a zero tolerance policy. We can refuse to admit, service, or accommodate for any person who acts in a disorderly or overly intoxicated manner, threatens or destroys motel property, threatens or causes a public disturbance, or is unable to pay. The motel reserves the right to remove such individuals from the premises. Only registered guests are allowed to use the facilities and the motel may put restrictions on occupancy levels for rooms. Any person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to or within the motel is liable for damages.
Pools are open dependent on the season, weather, and the hour and is supervised while the pool is open, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Guests swim at their own risk and children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and young children are advised to stay in the shallow end. Please be courteous to other guests in keeping a safe swimming environment and understand that running, jumping, diving, ball playing, or using rafts are not allowed in or around the pool.
Forget something in your room or in the motel? We’ll contact you regarding any left behind items and put them in our lost and found box. Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize you left something in the room. Any items in our lost and found, which are not claimed within 60 days, are donated to a local charity or discarded.
As a registered guest, you enjoy free parking during your stay at Hyannis Holiday Motel. If you need to park your car before your check-in or after you check-out to visit the islands of Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, please note that we do offer ferry parking at a per calendar day rate. Rates subject to change throughout the year and space is very limited so please call our front desk for current rates and availability. All ferry parking is subject to availability and prior arrangements must be made prior to parking at the Hyannis Holiday Motel. You park at your own risk, we do not assume liability for theft, loss or damage to your vehicle and its contents.
Stay connected with our free Wi-Fi during your stay! The Wi-Fi connection may vary based on the room’s location or other wireless interference.
Our office closes at 11 p.m., so please let us know if your arrival is after this time so we can make arrangements for your check-in. We do offer pre-registration on the day of your scheduled arrival, please pre-register at our front office in the morning and be sure to give us your cell phone number. Once we are notified from our housekeepers that your room is ready, we will call you on your cell phone to let you know that your room is ready, all you have to do is stop by our front office to pick-up your room key.
Sorry, we do not have pet-friendly rooms at Hyannis Holiday Motel and cannot allow pets.
We’re proud of and appreciate the hard work of our Hyannis Fire Department but ask for your assistance in making sure they don’t have to put out a fire here. Please do not bring any cooking appliances, candles, or devices with open flames onto the property or in your room for your safety and that of our other guests.
Our housekeeping staff will be cleaning guest rooms each day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
