When you request information from us using our reservation or brochure request forms, we collect from you your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address and credit card number, type and expiry date, etc. We use this information only for the purposes of processing your particular request.
We do not collect any personal information except what is described above and we do not use the collected information for any purpose other than the purposes described above.
How We Safeguard and Use the Information that We Collect
The information that you provide to us when placing a request using our reservation or brochure request forms. Our property management computer systems us the latest firewall protection with updated security protection.
Our RezStream property management system and booking engine has secure socket layer (SSL) technology certification as well as Webervations® which uses SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. When you visit the secured forms on our website, your web browser checks the certificate against the "root certificate". If all goes well, then you will see the familiar lock or key come together, indicating that the web page they are viewing is secure. Always check a website's certificate before entering any sensitive information. We limit access to your personal information only to those of our employees who need to have access to such information to perform their functions relating to the provision of services to you.
