Reservation Policy: We highly recommend that you make reservations prior to arrival especially during weekends, holidays, and in-season periods to insure your accommodations. A valid credit card is required to guarantee this reservation and a one night's deposit for each room reserved will be charged to your credit card by the Hyannis Holiday Motel. If we have a problem with processing your credit card we will contact you ASAP, if we do not receive the required deposit within 48 hours after booking your on line reservation the reservation will be canceled. All request and inquiries will be responded to during regular office hours. Please note that our On line Reservations & Availability Inventory is subject to change without notice due to the fact it is not "real time" availability. You will be required to provide the front desk manager with your credit card which matches the credit card used for your advanced deposit. You must be Twenty-One (21) years or older to rent a room at the Hyannis Holiday Motel, a Photo ID and a major credit card is required at time of check-in. A minimum night stay required during holiday periods. In regards to golf packages a deposit of $100.00 per person is required to book and guarantee a golf package. The balance is due upon arrival. For all Golf Packages there is an eight (8) days prior to your scheduled arrival cancellation policy.

Golf Package Cancellation Policy: If you book a golf package this cancellation policy will apply. The Hyannis Holiday Motel has an eight (8) day prior to arrival cancellation policy. If you notify us that you are canceling your reservation at least eight (8) days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel within the eight (8) days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit is non refundable. All golf package cancellations must be made by telephone during regular business hours 7AM to 5PM at least eight (8) days prior to your scheduled arrival in order to confirm your cancellation by our front desk manager. All golf players are expected to play and missed tee times are not refundable. Rain checks are issued only at the discretion of the golf course management.
Payment Methods: Your balance is due on arrival at check-in. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and U.S. Currency only, All Money Orders and Traveler's Checks must be in U.S. Currency. Sorry, No Personal Checks
General Policy*: You must be Twenty-One (21) years or older to rent a room at the Hyannis Holiday Motel and a Photo ID is required at time of check-in. In accordance to Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Hyannis Holiday Motel has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit, refuse service, accommodation in the motel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the motel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy motel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. The Hyannis Holiday Motel may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the motel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the motel or any furniture or furnishings within the motel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the innkeeper, including the motel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.
Pool Regulations: Pools are not open simultaneously yet alternate depending on time of day, the season and weather conditions which pool is open is to the discretion of the pool supervisor or management. A pool supervisor must be in attendance at all times while pool is open. All guest must swim at their own risk, No Diving, No Jumping, No Running, No Ball Playing, No Rafts are allowed in order to prevent injury. All children under the age 16 or non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our pool supervisor is responsible for enforcing said rules yet it is the guest responsibility to watch their own children at all times. If any person is a non-swimmer even if they are wearing a PFD (personal floatation device), they must stay in the shallow end of the pool at all times. The management and our pool supervisor have the right to refuse pool privileges to any guests who refuses to obey these rules. Our pool rules were established to prevent injury and to allow our entire guest to enjoy swimming in a safe aquatic environment. Pool Hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Lost & Found Policy: This policy is pertaining to Items lost or found on the motel premises or left in a guest room after a guest has checked-out. The motel will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the motel's guest room after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found. Any items in the Lost and Found, which are not claimed within sixty (60) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
For customers needing to leave their cars while going to the islands this policy would apply. Daily parking rates are based on a per calendar day basis and payment must be made in advance. Boat parking is subject to availability and boat parking rates may change without notice. We assume no liability for theft, loss, and/or damage to your vehicle and its contents.
Parking Policy: We provide Free parking for our registered guest for the length of their stay at the motel. If guest need to park their car before they check-in or after they check-out such as going to the islands for a few days, we offer ferry parking and charge a per calendar day fee per vehicle. This fee is subject to change without notice and determined on the time of year, weekends and holiday periods etc. Please contact our front office for more details and cost to do ferry parking. All parking is subject to availablity and reservations are recommended in advance during peak periods.
Free WiFi Access: We provide Free WiFi access for our registered guest, wifi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room's location and from other local wireless signal interference.
Check-In Time 4:00 PM and Check-out Time 11:00 AM: Please let us now if you will be arriving after 11 PM, you must make prior arrangements with us for late arrival, since our office closes at 11 PM.
Pet Policy: Sorry, No pets allowed at the Hyannis Holiday Motel due to concerns that some guests have allergic reactions to wards pet dander and due to the threat of ticks and fleas. There are several kennels on Cape Cod.
No Cooking Appliances, Combustibles or Open Flame Allowed on Property: In order to insure the safety of its guests; the Hyannis Holiday Motel prohibits any type of cooking appliances, candles, lanterns, any device with an open flame or any combustible items in their rooms or outside their rooms which is strictly prohibited per order of the Hyannis Fire Department.
Housekeeping Service: We provide housekeeping service everyday between the hours of 9 AM to 3 PM.
