The "Art on Loan" program will feature the paintings of Michele Noiset through the end of February. Works will be displayed in both the Town Hall Hearing Room and the Selectmen’s Conference Room. Michele Noiset has been a freelance illustrator for over 25 years. Her published illustrations are colorful, whimsical, and animated, usually painted traditionally in gouache and acrylics!
